Janeé is a small town girl with a big, infectious smile and an even bigger personality. Her love for people permeates through everything she does.

Janeé started her path as a media entrepreneur at the age of 5, reporting and sharing her neighbors’ stories. She would practice for hours in the family game room, pretending to be speaking and performing in front of large audiences. In high school, she got her first video camera and began capturing everything. Janeé graduated high school in 3 years and attended Texas Christian University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Radio/ TV/ Film.

It appeared Janeé had found her niche, yet she struggled secretly with body image issues and an eating disorder. Under the advice of her treatment team, Janeé put aside her love for media and got her first real job as a training coordinator for soft skills training.

While in this position, Janeé saw an opportunity to take the training department from a value-added resource to a revenue-generating department. She thrived on using her gift of gab to help people in meaningful ways. This experience led her to Southwest Airlines, where she worked as a leadership facilitator and performance analyst. After several years, she left the company to start her own consulting firm, AmplYfI Consulting. During her consulting years, she helped companies, both large and small, increase net profit margins and realize marked growth through her signature strategic analysis process.

In 2007, a life-changing event occurred for Janeé when she was asked to speak to a group of young girls. In typical Janeé style, she followed the needs and dynamics of the group. She went off-topic and began sharing authentically about personal things that had happened to her as a child i.e. sexual abuse, bullying, and struggling to fit in. Janeé’s story resonated with several of the girls, and they shared similar feelings and experiences. It was that day that Janeé knew God had a plan for her life, and she could use her voice and influence to help others.

Janeé re-examined her passions and purpose and returned to her love for media. She was on the FOX show, Moment of Truth, where she experienced first-hand the exploitation of mainstream media. As an alternative to that type of production, Janeé started mHe3 Productions, committed to authentic, aspirational programming designed to make a difference. Her desire was to explore versus exploit tough topics and the humans behind them. Her first series, Tour of Giving, consisted of 13 episodes and aired on American Life Network. Her second series, Revelations of Authentic Women, combined video journals and a supportive community, to help women take off the mask of perfection to open the door to freedom and healing. Her third series, The Janeé Show, aired initially on the ABC affiliate in Dallas Fort Worth before gaining national distribution on UpLifTV.

Through all of this success, Janeé found herself with more questions than answers about business and life. She discovered a need and a niche for women to have a safe place to collaborate, get advice/ expertise, and discuss what’s really going on - thus the birth of her Women of Excellence mastermind groups. Simultaneously, Janeé formed a nonprofit, H3 Ministries, to further these efforts for women and girls. While managing these entities, Janeé’s motivational speaking career grew, and she authored her first book, Diary of an Unbroken Heart.

In 2020, Janeé was in the midst of bringing all of her gifts and skills together by launching a multi-media platform for women when….the pandemic hit. Janeé and her husband, Randy, sheltered in place at the family home on Lake Nocona. Always looking for niche opportunities, the couple started a boat rental and adventure business, Good Times Brands. Janeé also began hosting women’s and girls’ retreats. Shortly thereafter, the Hill’s acquired 600 plus properties in a gated community on Lake Nocona and began developing the hidden gem known as www.noconahills.com After that business was established, Janeé determined it was time to get back to her life’s work, a multi-media platform for women.

In 2023, Janeé launched unbroken, a multi-media platform for women who want to take action and create change. At the heart of unbroken is mentorship and a brave, supportive squad where women are seen and valued, just as they are.

While Janeé is grateful for all of her experiences, she is most thankful for the second chance she has at life through the healing power of Jesus Christ.
